Certificates found to be fraudulently obtained, altered, or misused may be revoked without refund, and we reserve the right to report suspected fraud to relevant authorities or agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Certificates issued through the Services document the certificate holder’s completion of the applicable course and a passing score on the associated knowledge assessment. The Company makes no representation or warranty to any third party \u2014 including foster family agencies, employers, licensing boards, or other organizations that may review or rely on a certificate \u2014 regarding the certificate holder’s practical competency, fitness for any role, or suitability for any purpose beyond successful completion of the online knowledge assessment described in these Terms.<\/strong> Any third party reviewing or relying on a certificate does so at its own discretion and is not a party to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n [Note: this section is a placeholder.
